Planning

Production forecast for the coming year. Graphs indicated when quota will be achieved and the seasonal pattern of production.   Financial Forecast. Predicting financial performance for the herd based on the information available at the time of completing the forecast.   Grass/Maize Silage Analysis and Ration Formulation. Silage analyses, the results of which can be available within 24hrs, are essential in order to formulate the correct ration for cost effective milk production, in order to achieve the predicted forecast.

Control

Monthly enterprise costing aids in the control of physical production and financial performance. Various forms of comparison are available including comparison with forecast or last year both on a monthly or cumulative basis.

Evaluation

Twelve month rolling summaries are available using actual performance and updated forecast. Many performance factors can be seen graphically for increased impact

Benchmarking

A monthly league table is produced for individuals members to compare their individual performance against a wide range of parameters.
